What is Fitness for me?
Welcome to my fitness space. As a busy husband and father of two in my 40’s juggling work, life, and staying in shape is a must. This page isn’t about filters or fitness fads. It’s about consistency, challenge, and passion for training that fits into real life. I train for performance, not aesthetics.
Achievements to date:
– Running: 9 marathons down and on my way to get number 10
– Triathlon: 2 Half Ironman races (because why not go big?)
– Boxing: 2 competitive fights—retired now, but the fighters mindset remains.
